Who we are

 

PT Kanayama Sukses Abadi ("KANAYAMA") was established in Bekasi, West Java in 23 June 2012. The main focus of the business was supporting to build the infrastructure of BTS (Base Transceiver Station) in Telecommunication's sector.

We have been built the infrastructures of towers for more then 500 sites across Indonesia and we also supported government light trap projects for 544 sites in Central & East Java.

Along the way our business has been growing, and to diversify it we have developed others subsidiary company in fabrication.

Light Trap


The Light That Makes Life Better


We have supported ministry of agriculture to installed 544 sites of light trap spread out all over central Java and East Java. All of 544 sites has been installed within 3 months starting from December 2012 and the system has completely worked. Thanks to our government, it really helped the farmers in collecting bugs so that their rice plants can grow and harvest more than expectation.

Ligth trap system consist of 1 pv module, 2 fluidic acid batteries, 1 lamp and couples of mechanical spare parts. By using the LDR (Light Dependant Resistor) the lamp will automatically turn on when the night comes, and this lamp attracts most of bugs to come and enjoy the lights untill finally they trapped into the box under the lamp.

It is our expertise to build the new towers starting from land acquisition, civil & government permits, construction and as well as preparing the new grid to light up the site (on air), so that our customers can soon install the necessary equipments.

Our services can reach to most of places from Sumatra island to the Eastern of Indonesia.

Colocation

Additional infrastructure to accomodate new additional radio equipments

Most of operators are preferred to order colocation rather than build to suit/build new tower, not only due to capex issue but its about RFI time (Ready For Installation), for colocation process the operator only need 6 ~ 8 weeks for the radio to be on air, meanwhile 3 ~ 4 months process for the new build.

Colocation work is the fastest job in the infrastructure process of telco's tower, this is to supply the additional foundation, cable tray and the new grid for new tenant.

Tower Strenghtening

Strenghten the tower is necessary when there is additional equipment to be installed

Here are documentations of tower strenghtening in a glance, it is very important to do this job in a good handling (extra carefully & accurately) as the addional load on the tower are increase.

Many of various cases arise during this job such as short on electrical supply because of worker using the existing grid rather than using genset.

Installation

Powering up the radio's equipment is handled by DC Power system

We are capable to install DC power systems for Telecommunication, our experiences in hundreds of site can assure you our quality of services.

DC power systems that we handled consist of cabinet, inverters and VRLA batteries for back up.
